Gamification is the process of bringing game mechanics, elements, and ideas to non-game environments in an effort to increase user engagement. Gasification can be applied in a variety of settings. Gasification is frequently used by businesses to improve organisational efficiency, employee training, hiring, and evaluation. Other applications include voter participation, physical exercise, and customer loyalty programmes particularly with unpleasant duties like a thorough safety training programme or compliance training.
